If you have been following our telco coverage for quite some time, then you might be aware that Celcom First Elite is the most premium plan among the Celcom First family of voice plans. It also comes with what Celcom dubbed as First Advantage benefits in the form of dedicated customer service hotline and priority lane at Blue Cube outlets. Earlier today, Celcom has announced a number of changes to the First Elite plan. However, I don’t mean changes to the charges though as the plan’s monthly commitment of RM 150 and RM 0.10 call charge per minute still remain the same. Instead, the changes come in the form of an expanded list of premium personal services. In addition to the First Advantage benefits, Celcom First Elite customers are now also entitled to several new benefits including First Access, Preferred Number, and First Assist. Additionally, Celcom First Elite customers that consistently spend at least RM 1,000 on their monthly bills for six consecutive months will be able enjoy even more benefits including First Concierge and complimentary new device on annual basis. All in all, it seems like Celcom First Elite plan is no longer just a voice plan with additional customer service benefits. Instead, Celcom is trying by make it as an all-around offering by including lifestyle-oriented benefits alongside the call plan. Of course, further information regarding Celcom First Elite are readily available at Celcom’s official website.
